Для онлайн-оплаты через сайт необходимо оформить заказ у нашего менеджера в офисе продаж или по телефону. После присвоения номера заказа, переходите на сайт в раздел онлайн-оплата, вводите данные и сумму. Данный вид оплаты подходит для оплаты кредитными картами, без комиссии. После оплаты осуществляется доставка.

Условия рассрочки индивидуальны для каждого клиента и вида товара. Условия уточняйте в офисах продаж.

Собственная доставка
Компания «Металлосфера» оказывает услуги по льготной доставке товара (условия уточняйте у менеджера). Мы имеем собственные транспортные средства, позволяющие перевозить габаритные грузы.
Самовывоз и доставка ТК
Также вы можете забрать товар самостоятельно с нашего склада г. Череповец, Кирилловское шоссе 78 А.
Осуществляется доставка через ТК в любую точку России.
Гарантия
Гарантии и сертификаты
Предоставляем гарантию на все товары и услуги которые вы заказали в нашей компании. При правильном монтаже и эксплуатации иангалов и металлоизделий их срок службы достигает 35 лет. В большинстве случаев гарантия на каждую модель составляет 1-3 года.
Гарантийный срок товаров, производства компании «Металлосфера» начинается от даты фактической передачи товара покупателю. Гарантия действует на все производственные дефекты.
Гарантия не распространяется на сотовый поликарбонат (в этом случае гарантию предоставляет завод изготовитель сотового поликарбоната).
На сотовый поликарбонат гарантия от 5 до 20 лет.
Мангал не является капитальным строением, Покупатель обязуется самостоятельно принимать меры по укреплению металлоконструкции от воздействий ветра, осадков и снега, изменения уровня земли.
